Program Coordinator

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program in North Branch, MN. As a Program Coordinator, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives. Job Location: North Branch, MN – Main Street, a few blocks from downtown. Hours: 40 hours per week; shifts 7am‑3pm or 8am‑4pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Salary: $22.25 – $23.25 per hour. Your responsibilities Managing the daily operations of the home Developing and facilitating person‑centered plans Providing leadership, training and supervision of staff Assuring adequate staffing within budget guidelines Performing program scheduling, payroll, and office functions Developing outcomes/learning objectives Reporting on individual progress Compliance with federal, state and county licensing rules and regulations Communicating and collaborating with support team members Performing direct support functions (assisting people with personal care needs, positive behavioral supports, household management, community activities and involvement, etc.) Qualifications A valid driver’s license with no restrictions A valid background check and Motor Vehicle Report check Education and/or experience: Education related to human services, education, or health, and full-time direct‑care experience with persons with disabilities or age 65+ (or equivalent care for vulnerable adults or children). One of the following pathways: Four‑year degree plus at least one year of experience in the field Two‑year degree plus at least two years of experience in the field Diploma from a post‑secondary institution plus three years of experience in the field Four years of work experience in the field with 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities About RSI RSI has been serving communities in Minnesota since 1978, providing in‑home and community‑based services for people living with disabilities and mental illness.
