Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This includes managing staff scheduling, supervising team performance, and ensuring that guests receive high-quality service at all times. The General Manager monitors financial performance, manages inventories, oversees food safety and cleanliness standards, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also involves hiring, training, and coaching team members, addressing guest concerns, and implementing initiatives to drive sales, control costs, and improve overall restaurant performance. Qualifications Strong financial and operational skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting. Commitment to guest-focused operations, with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. Experience in people leadership, including Hiring and supervising diverse teams. Prior experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a quick-service or fast-casual environment.
