The Opportunity We are recruiting a Finance Administrator tojoin a busy and collaborative finance team. This role provides essentialsupport across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliationsand wider finance operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-dayfinancial processes. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will assist withmaintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, responding toqueries and delivering a high standard of service across the business. This isan excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to develop theircareer within a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Accuratelypost and allocate cash receipts. Assistwith bank reconciliations and routine discrepancy investigations. Processinvoices, expenses and payment runs. Supportbilling administration and reporting. Maintainaccurate finance system records. Provideclient account and property transaction support. Respondto routine finance enquiries. Supportprojects and provide team cover when required. Skills & Experience Basicunderstanding of accounting principles. StrongMicrosoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Experiencewith finance systems desirable. Previous administration or finance experiencedesirable. Excellentattention to detail and accuracy. Strongorganisation and time management skills. Professionalcommunication skills.
