As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Duty in High Point, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work with integrity, and contribute as part of an agile, innovative team.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles, helping to support authorized access and reporting discrepancies according to site policies.
- Observe facility operations and report damaged doors, gates, lighting, fencing, and/or other conditions that could impact security-related operations at the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
