Customer Sales Engineer

As a dynamic, customer-facing Customer Sales Engineer in a full-time remote role, the candidate will be the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team, driving customer expansion through support during complex renewals and upsell opportunities. Key responsibilities Drive product activation during the renewal and expansion cycle by ensuring an excellent experience for existing customers Support customers during trials and proof of concepts (POCs) while identifying pain points and defining their goals Collaborate with the team to enhance the trial/POC experience by identifying insights and developing solutions for improvement Required qualifications 3+ years in a customer-facing, post-sales technical role such as a Renewals focused Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager Experience in a commercial-driven environment, partnering with sales and success teams to achieve revenue goals Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including familiarity with related tools and platforms Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on a complex software platform
