The Sales Professional's Advantage:

More than a brokerage: a complete sales platform that helps professionals at every level close more, earn more and build lasting income.

• Sales Training & Licensing — Licensing education reimbursement plus dedicated sales training that gets you producing and keeps you performing.
• Sales Tools & Marketing — A proven CRM, fully branded lead-generation tools and complete marketing support, so you can focus on closing.
• Earnings & Wealth Building — A company-matched Wealth Enhancement Plan, because top sales performers deserve a financial future that reflects their work.
• Local Market Expertise — Deep market knowledge and a network of offices across Minnesota give you a built-in territory advantage from day one.
• National Sales Network — Backed by HomeServices of America and Berkshire Hathaway, with brand strength and referral reach independent brokers can't offer.
• Flexible Schedule — Sales professionals thrive on autonomy. Work the hours that work for you: full-time, part-time or anywhere in between.

How It Works:

1. Take the Free Sales Assessment — A short assessment that shows your strengths and fit for a high-performance sales career, with a detailed personality report and no commitment.
2. Meet with a Sales Manager — Sit down with a local sales manager and ask anything about licensing, earnings, commissions or a typical week in sales.
3. Get Licensed — No Minnesota Real Estate License yet? No problem. Edina Realty provides licensing education reimbursement and flexible class options to get you selling fast.
4. Join the Sales Team & Start Earning — From day one you have sales training, technology, leads and colleagues invested in your success. No prior real estate experience required; we handle the rest.

Requirements:

You need a Minnesota Real Estate License to practice, but not to apply. A background in sales, customer service or business development? We want to talk, and we'll help you get licensed.

Come ready to prospect daily, build client relationships, embrace sales technology and attend coaching sessions. Everything else we teach you.
