What We’re Looking For

The ideal General Manager is a true restaurant operator — someone who is just as comfortable coaching a manager, talking with guests, and motivating the team as they are reviewing labor, food cost, and financial performance.

You should have:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment

• Strong full-service restaurant experience

• Proven success leading and developing large teams

• Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses

• A track record of building strong management teams and promoting from within

• High standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor

• Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
