Description
The Arc Mid-Hudson, one of the largest employers in the Hudson Valley, with over 1500 employees across Ulster, Greene, Columbia, and Putnam counties, has an immediate opening for an On-CallUtility Worker in Putnam County.
Responsibilities include assist in maintaing the agency's ohysical structurs including but not limited to:
Painting and touch ups, snow shoveling, and grass cutting.
Maintaining tools and tools inventory.
Heavy cleaning .
SCHEDULE: On Call As Need/ Monday through Friday, 8a-4p
STARTING SALARY: $ 16.50 per hour
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in building maintenance.
Steady firm grip, lifting and pulling up to 50 lbs.
This position maybe exposed to inclement weather and unpredictable work conditions.
This position requires re peated bending, stooping, lifting occasionally and prolonged standing and walking.
