Electronics Technician

Job Summary We are seeking an Electronics Technician for a contract opportunity in Foothill Ranch, CA, supporting scientific and technical production within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with 1 to 2 years of experience in electrical assembly, electromechanical systems, wiring, testing, and technical documentation. The Electronics Technician will work in a collaborative manufacturing and engineering environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are essential. This opportunity offers exposure to complex electrical builds, instrumentation, epoxy casting processes, and design-for-assembly improvements while working closely with engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and electromechanical systems, including wiring, cabling, racks, instrumentation, and related hardware. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and CAD models to complete accurate builds. Perform functional testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on assembled components and systems. Support the development and improvement of assembly procedures, work instructions, and build documentation. Assist with mold and form preparation, including mixing, pouring, degassing, and vacuum processing of epoxy resins. Inspect finished castings and assembled units for defects, quality issues, and compliance with design specifications. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $33 to $35 per hour.
