Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager with expertise in home infusion services. This role requires a proactive professional dedicated to overseeing pharmacy operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Location: Marietta, GA
Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must maintain schedule flexibility for administrative on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including workflow delegation and coordination among pharmacists and technicians
• Oversee training and orientation programs, emphasizing staff development and performance
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations, holding team members accountable
• Manage patient care activities such as pharmaceutical counseling, prescription review, and dispensing
• Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain proper storage and handling of medications and supplies
• Implement departmental goals and human resource initiatives, including conducting annual employee evaluations
• Provide structured feedback to staff and drive team goal development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven management experience within a pharmacy setting with a strong focus on staff training and supervision
• Prior experience in infusion pharmacy management is essential
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Proficient with CPR+ and CareTend systems
• Holds a valid Georgia pharmacist license

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 annually, dependent on experience.
