Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors Use ABA teaching strategies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 months of ABA experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions Bi-lingual with Spanish and English Equal Opportunity Employer Key Autism Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
