Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and create treatment plans tailored to each student's needs

• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support IEP goals and ensure cohesive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and IEP paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate staff and families on strategies and accommodations to maximize student independence
