Experience: • 22 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred. Additional Details: All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers accepted with 2 years of experience. Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Unit Details: General, plastics, ortho, neuro spine, vascular, OB/GYN, urology, and ENT cases. Patient population includes minimal pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Uses Da Vinci robot, Stryker, and Medtronic equipment. Daily average surgical case volume: 30. Shift & Scheduling: Variable 8-hour shift start times at 0630, 0830, or 1100. 12-hour shift option starts at 0630. Separate weekend shifts. On-call rotation approximately 1 weekend per month and 1-2 nights/week. Must arrive within 60 minutes of receiving call. Floating Requirements: Float to SPD and Endoscopy. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
