Company Description

A2B2 is a hybrid intelligence and service platform for individual investors and wealth professionals, combining machine reach with human judgement. Individual investors use A2B2's agentic personal, private, and family offices (Arcus, Bridge, Cypher) to stay on top of their holdings, prepare for conversations with their own bankers and advisors, and compound their wealth with more confidence over time. Wealth professionals - IFAs, EAMs, family offices, asset managers, insurance agents, and bank relationship managers - use A2B2 Decoder to compare products, prepare for client meetings, and manage their practice, so they can nurture existing relationships and grow their client base. CIOs and enterprises also use A2B2 to extend their reach and influence. A2B2 doesn't sell financial products, offer investment advice, or take commissions, keeping its answers free of any agenda but the user's own.

Role Description

We're building out our Growth and Partnership network in the US, Hong Kong and Singapore for coverage of the wealth and insurance ecosystem: RIAs, IFAs, EAMs, family offices, asset management firms (fund houses), insurance agencies, or banks. We're looking for people who already understand the everyday pain points these groups face: for wealth professionals, too many products to responsibly compare, too many client details to track without dropping something, too little specialist backup to sound credible in every meeting; for individual investors, too much complexity to stay on top of alone - and who can use that understanding to have a credible, specific conversation about where A2B2 fits.

Day to day, you'll prospect institutions and individuals directly - a single IFA, insurance agent, or individual investor, as readily as an entire RIA network, EAM, fund house, or bank - and build distribution partnerships with training companies, accreditation bodies, and professional or industry associations who introduce A2B2 to their own network, whether wealth professionals or individual investors. This is a commission-based engagement where compensation is tied directly to the accounts and partnerships you bring in.

Qualifications

• Direct experience within, or deep working knowledge of, one or more of: an EAM, a private bank, a family office, an asset management firm/fund house, an insurance agency, or an IFA/RIA practice - or a credible personal network among individual investors.
• Clear-eyed understanding of the pain points these professionals and investors actually face day to day - not knowledge of how their business works in the abstract, but where it hurts: what's slow, what's missed, what's hard to keep on top of.
• Ability to translate A2B2's positioning - a wealth intelligence and information service, not a licensed financial adviser - into terms that make sense specifically to your segment, not a generic pitch.
• Excellent communication skills in English, plus Cantonese and/or Mandarin as relevant to your market.
• Clean regulatory/compliance record - no disciplinary action or licence suspension with the SFC, Insurance Authority, or an equivalent overseas regulator.
• Right to work and legally able to operate as a self-employed agent in the location (US, Hong Kong, Singapore)
