About the Role

We are looking for a Director, Partner Ecosystem & Community Growth to help build and scale the programs, communities, and activation models that that accelerate Napster’s global partner ecosystem.

This is a senior builder/operator role for someone who can move quickly between strategy and execution, create repeatable programs, and use data to understand what is working.

You will work across strategic technology partners, hyperscalers, GSIs, channel partners, executives, customers, and industry communities to increase partner recruitment, activation, market engagement, and commercial growth.

You will also lead our Partner Program function and work closely with the SVP of Partnerships & Ecosystem to turn strategic priorities into scalable programs and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Own

• Build and scale partner and ecosystem growth programs across priority markets and verticals
• Develop executive and partner communities, including roundtables, learning programs, councils, and strategic engagement initiatives
• Create repeatable models for partner recruitment, activation, and ecosystem engagement
• Lead Partner Program Leads and provide clear priorities, operating rhythms, and accountability
• Develop programs that connect partners, customers, and strategic opportunities
• Support design partnerships, lighthouse initiatives, and joint go-to-market activities
• Build scalable activation models around partner experiences, strategic locations, and ecosystem initiatives
• Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks
• Evaluate program performance and determine what should scale, evolve, or stop
• Work closely with partner-facing teams to convert ecosystem engagement into qualified opportunities and pipeline

Partner Marketing remains a key peer responsible for campaign activation, communications, and amplification, while Developer Relations owns developer community and technical developer engagement.

What We Are Looking For

• 12+ years of experience across ecosystems, partnerships, growth programs, strategic programs, business development, and community-led growth
• Proven ability to build and scale repeatable partner or ecosystem programs
• Strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Highly process-driven and comfortable creating structure in fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and ROI
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how ecosystem activity translates into opportunity creation and growth
• Experience working with hyperscalers, GSIs, technology partners, channel ecosystems, or enterprise platforms
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills
• Able to operate as both a strategic sounding board and a hands-on executor
• Comfortable using modern AI tools to improve research, program design, analysis, and execution
