✅ Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in supporting our attorneys and keeping cases running smoothly:
- Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence)
- Review, analyze, and summarize legal records
- Coordinate schedules with experts and witnesses (depositions, appearances, document collection)
- Compile discovery summaries and assist with motions
- Conduct basic legal research as needed
- Support trial and deposition prep
- Jump in on additional projects as assigned (no two days are the same!)
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is sharp, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced legal setting:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience with legal software, databases, and document tools
Compensation
- $33.00 per hour
- Part Time Hours - approximately 25 hours per week.
