This is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and optimising our operational processes to ensure seamless project delivery and service excellence across our diverse client base in industries such as Telecom, Banking, and the Public Sector.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance our operational performance.
