Compensation

• $230,000 to $250,000 base salary (based on experience and schedule)
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Full-spectrum primary care: Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages, from pediatric well-child visits through adult chronic disease management
• Clinical evaluation and treatment: Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Pediatric care: Manage well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and common pediatric conditions for families who want one provider for the whole household
• Diagnostics and prescribing: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe medications and manage follow-up care
• Documentation and quality: Chart efficiently using EMR with AI-powered tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State
• Completed residency in Family Medicine
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training
• Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems
• Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)
• MAT certificate required
• DEA registration preferred
• Preferred: urgent care/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
