The Hiring Advisors are partnering with a premier manufacturing organization based in the Northern Orange County area to hire an HR Director Who Can Handle Rocket Scientists, Multiple Sites, and the Occasionally Chaotic World of Manufacturing.

Our client doesn't just build high-complexity, high-precision components (think aerospace-level precision). They build cultures. Right now, they’re looking for a heavy-hitting HR Director who knows that the best human capital strategy isn't found in a textbook—it's forged on the shop floor and refined in the C-suite.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Beyond the Jargon):

• C-Suite Whisperer: You’ll partner directly with senior leadership to align our people strategy with our aggressive business goals. You aren't just an "order taker"; you have a seat at the table.
• The Multi-Site Conductor: You’ll oversee the HR strategy across multiple manufacturing touchpoints, keeping things cohesive, compliant, and thriving.
• Firefighter & Coach: You’ll handle complex investigations, counseling, and grievances with absolute fairness, a cool head, and flawless judgment.
• Talent Architect: You’ll manage succession planning and lead an HR team that doesn’t just "post and pray" on job boards, but actively curates a pipeline of high-impact professionals.
• The Total Package Manager: From dialing in competitive compensation structures to analyzing complex benefit plans and delivering dynamic training (Ethics, Performance, etc.), you run the show.

The Blueprint (What You Bring to the Table):

• The Manufacturing Badge of Honor: 10+ years of HR experience strictly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (exposure to aerospace manufacturing or high-regulation engineering environments is a massive plus).
• Bilingual Spanish: This is a non-negotiable for us. You need to be able to connect authentically with everyone from our assembly teams to our executive board.
• SoCal Labor Law Mastery: You know California and Federal labor laws like the back of your hand.
• Analytical Chops: You can look at a compensation framework or a benefits cost-comparison sheet and explain the strategic ROI to the CFO without breaking a sweat.
• Degree: A Bachelor’s degree is required to anchor your deep field experience.

The Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $150,000 – $185,000/year (depending on how many fires you've successfully put out in your career).
