This role plays a critical coordination and execution function within fast-paced infrastructure and technical operations environments, supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You will ensure that complex operational workstreams remain organized, visible, and on track across multiple priorities. The position requires strong ownership of administrative and program coordination activities, enabling efficient decision-making at leadership level. You will act as a central point of alignment across stakeholders, helping translate urgency into structured execution. The environment is highly dynamic, often involving shifting priorities and time-sensitive needs. Success in this role depends on precision, responsiveness, and the ability to bring order to ambiguity while maintaining strong professional communication.

Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for ensuring operational clarity and execution support across senior leadership and infrastructure teams by managing coordination, scheduling, and workflow tracking:

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for senior leaders and associated teams
• Track action items, deadlines, follow-ups, and incoming requests across multiple initiatives
• Build and maintain structured systems to prioritize competing operational demands
• Oversee communication flows across email, Slack, and other channels with strong attention to detail
• Support time-sensitive operational, vendor, or infrastructure needs, including after-hours coordination when required
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for meetings, reporting, and leadership updates
• Manage travel, events, and onsite logistics in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc operational initiatives, including research, problem-solving, and execution support
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

This position requires strong organizational ability, judgment, and experience supporting complex, fast-moving operational environments:

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or technical teams in coordination-focused roles
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume, dynamic environments
• Experience in Technical Program Management, Executive Business Partner, Operations Specialist, or similar roles
• Exposure to infrastructure, data center, hardware, research operations, or technical environments is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end coordination of initiatives or projects
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholder management experience
• High attention to detail with a track record of reliable execution
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive tasks forward with minimal oversight
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
• Strong organizational systems thinking and time management skills
• Professional, calm, and adaptable communication style
