What You'll Do

• Assist with electrophysiology procedures using Affera PFA systems and Biosense Webster RFA
• Support the EP lab team in complex arrhythmia mapping and ablation procedures
• Prepare patient equipment and assist clinicians during procedures
• Maintain strict sterile technique and ensure safety protocols
• Document procedure details accurately in the hospital's electronic charting system (Excellian/Epic)
• Work within scope to ensure smooth operation of the EP lab
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including possible shift swapping or role flexibility

What You Need
Required:

• Valid ACLS & BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EP Tech or similar role
• Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts on dayshift
• Louisiana, pending, or local license accepted (if applicable)

Preferred:

• Experience with Affera PFA and Biosense Webster RFA systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, magnet, or trauma-level facility
