About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, competitive, and driven Sales Representatives to join our Manhattan office.

This role is built for people who want to develop a career in sales and have their income directly reflect their performance. You will work directly with business owners, identify their financing needs, and connect them with funding solutions designed to help their businesses grow.

No prior finance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. It is a performance-driven sales career with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for growth.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and connect with business owners through outbound calls and strategic outreach
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
• Identify clients' financing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Educate business owners on available financing options
• Develop strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Manage clients throughout the sales and funding process
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client activity in our CRM
