AIS Healthcare is seeking a Home Infusion RN to provide infusion therapies in patients’ homes across the Phoenix area. This PRN, fully remote position offers flexibility for 2–3 days per week and travel up to 150–200 miles one way with travel paid. Responsibilities include one-on-one home visits, patient education, and coordination with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams.
