Light Duty Tow Truck Driver
We are seeking a reliable and professional Light Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our transportation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient transport of vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate light duty tow trucks to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and service requests
- Inspect vehicles for damage and document conditions before and after towing
- Ensure all safety protocols and traffic laws are followed during operations
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the tow truck
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience operating light duty tow trucks preferred
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and safety procedures
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
