ABOUT THE ROLE

Newhaven Display is seeking a full-time Order Processing Specialist who is motivated, detail-oriented, and excels in building strong customer relationships. This position is for a self-starter who possesses the ability to follow complex procedures and adapt to varying scenarios. The role requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as each order may present unique challenges. Additionally, candidates must be technologically savvy to quickly learn and efficiently navigate our ERP system. The successful candidate will act as a primary contact for order processing, product inquiries, inventory management, while also supporting our e-commerce operations. Order Management Receive, process, and manage customer orders from start to finish, assessing each order's specific requirements and determining necessary actions. Confirm shipping details and ensure accurate delivery instructions. Issue invoices, track payments, and provide timely follow-ups. Coordinate with inventory teams to fulfill order requirements. Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments. System Management Utilize and navigate the ERP system to input and retrieve order information accurately. Handle customer communications via email with prompt follow-up. Monitor daily release schedules and manage inventory arrivals and approvals. Inventory Coordination Work closely with relevant departments to expedite inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. Support Role Collaborate with various departments to assist in resolution of any customer related concerns Answer incoming phone calls and forward to appropriate departments Customer Service Provide excellent service to customers and represent the Company in the most professional way possible.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Associate Degree or higher. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing industry. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess unique order scenarios while determining appropriate actions. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Superior time management /organizational skills ensuring precision and thoroughness in all aspects of work. MUST have the capability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities at once. Exemplary follow-up skills utilizing professional, grammatically correct correspondence via email and phone. Technologically savvy . Be able to quickly learn and efficiently use ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a plus. Proficient in current versions of Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Self-motivated ; Capable of completing tasks with limited supervision. Experience with electronics or display technologies is a plus.
