This urgent care facility operates on an on-site basis, providing walk-in services to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients 3 months and older. The facility requires clinicians to hold board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds and to maintain an active state license and active state DEA. Established clinical protocols and a structured scheduling model support consistent, quality-focused care delivery across all assigned coverage periods.

Lumberton serves as a gateway to the Big Thicket National Preserve and is situated near Village Creek State Park, where clinicians on assignment may pursue outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, camping, and bird watching. The area is served by the Lumberton Independent School District and is located within proximity to nearby cities including Silsbee, Kountze, and Beaumont, providing additional dining and amenity options. Clinicians will find a range of recreational and community-based experiences available throughout the duration of an assignment in the region.

Clinicians will provide urgent care services during day shifts at an on-site clinic, with shift lengths of 7, 8, 12, and 15 hours available across all 7 days of the week. Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds is required, along with an active state license, active state DEA, prescriptive authority, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Emergency Room or Urgent Care setting. Clinicians must be prepared to treat pediatric patients 3 months of age and older; Workers' Compensation experience is preferred and DOT certification is beneficial. The clinical environment is fast-paced, with a volume of 2-4 patients per hour, and no call responsibilities are associated with this assignment.
