Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime. In this internship, you’ll get hands‑on experience, one‑on‑one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side‑by‑side with talented teams to learn about the business. Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation! What you will do Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives Attend team meetings, complete assigned projects within established timelines, and present findings to management Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth Conduct valuation of target companies using methodologies such as comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis Support the team in researching industry trends, financial statements, and market data Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills Join regular team meetings to understand our top‑down macro investment process and performance metrics. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended Preferred qualifications Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment Prior internship in investment management is preferred but not required Experience gathering and interpreting market data Compensation Compensation for this position is $40/hr.
