You’ll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!Overview of Real Estate Credit and Equity BusinessesThroughout the interview and evaluation process, candidates will be considered for placement on one of two teams: Credit or Equity. While you will be placed on one team for reporting purposes, you can expect a mix of collaboration between both teams.Credit: Invesco Real Estate's Credit business provides financing solutions for commercial real estate investments, primarily through loans secured by institutional-quality properties. The team focuses on generating attractive income through disciplined underwriting and risk management while leveraging Invesco's integrated global real estate platform and market expertise.Equity: Invesco Real Estate's Equity business invests directly in commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and specialty sectors.
