About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to join their mission-driven organization. The CSCO will be a strategic enterprise leader, responsible for designing and executing an end-to-end supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's clinical, financial, and digital transformation goals. This role involves leading a national team in procurement, logistics, strategic sourcing, and digital supply chain transformation, with a focus on driving clinical quality, cost optimization, and sustainability. The successful candidate will be expected to partner with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to ensure that supply chain operations support the company's mission of providing high-quality, affordable care for all. Candidates for the CSCO position should have at least 10 years' of high-level procurement and supply chain experience, with a proven track record of transforming large-scale supply chains. Expertise in digital transformation, analytics, and technology-enabled operations is essential, as is a strong understanding of healthcare economics and regulatory frameworks. The role requires a leader with a background in supply chain management, business, or a related field, and a preference for those with a master's or professional degree. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, capable of critical operational and financial analytics, and will demonstrate the ability to think innovatively and facilitate creativity in others. They must also be adept at talent management, with a focus on building a diverse, high-performing, and mission-driven supply chain organization.
