What you'll do

Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have

Guide guests through the lineup with growing product knowledge -- connecting the brand's story to what matters most to each individual buyer

Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience

Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use

Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

What we're looking for

No automotive experience required -- sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or any consultative guest-facing background welcome

Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career

Clear, honest communicator who follows through on every commitment

Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

OTE of $40,000 - $120,000+ annually -- specific to each store and opening
