In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of workers’ compensation claims while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees through work-related injuries and helping maintain a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, preferably in a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of state and federal workers’ compensation laws and regulationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectivelyCritical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesKey Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the workers’ compensation process, including claim intake, case management, and resolutionEnsure compliance with state and federal workers’ compensation laws and regulationsSupport employees throughout the claims process, providing guidance and assistance after work-related injuriesInvestigate claims to determine eligibility and ensure accurate documentationMaintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date case recordsCommunicate effectively with employees, managers, insurance carriers, and third-party administratorsCollaborate with HR, Legal, and other departments to develop and improve policies and proceduresMonitor changes in workers’ compensation laws and implement necessary updates to maintain complianceServe as a subject matter expert and resource for employees and leadershipHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismManage a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailResolve issues and complex cases using strong problem-solving skillsWhy Join La Mesa RV?At La Mesa RV, we value our employees and are committed to fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
