Responsibilities include:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
• Conduct market research to support sales strategies.
• Write and give sales proposals.
• Assist sales team with reaching goals and numbers.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Help in the preparation of sales proposals and reports.
• Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales initiatives.
• Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Support administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Requirements include:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous internship or experience in sales is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
