Senior Project Controls Manager

To lead integrated cost, estimating, scheduling, and risk management across a growing portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Project Controls will establish enterprise governance and performance indicators while safeguarding margins and preventing costly delays in hyperscale data center builds, all in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Establish and govern a Project Controls Center of Excellence, ensuring uniform methodologies and data governance Lead monthly forecasting, cost modeling, and variance analysis to maintain budget integrity Manage and mentor distributed teams, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Program Project Controls or Cost Management for large capital data center programs 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams, including external partners and contractors Advanced proficiency with enterprise reporting tools such as Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier Deep understanding of data center construction economics and cost management, including Earned Value Management (EVM) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
