Your New Role

• Provide guidance and problem-solving support to technicians in the field
• Apply pest control knowledge across a variety of service scenarios
• Improve routing and scheduling efficiency based on workload and service needs
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to maintain service standards
• Make timely decisions to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied
• Support overall business operations alongside ownership

• Extensive hands-on pest control experience required
• 10+ years of pest control experience preferred
• Connecticut Supervisor License preferred
• Strong knowledge across multiple pest control service types
• Experience with scheduling, routing, dispatching, or field operations coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Valid and clean Connecticut driver's license required
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
