Curators thrive in a guest-focused, team-oriented environment, where hospitality and service excellence are top priorities.The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in promoting, managing, and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring each guest interaction embodies the company's dedication to authenticity, innovation, and memorable hospitality.What you'll get to do:Assists the General Manager in leading the departmental teams in the development and implementation of property-wide strategiesOversees the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality are provided to hotel guestsAssists the GM in preparation of forecasts and reports and assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expensesReviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievementProvides a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA/MSDS and ensures that a viable key control program is in placeSkills and Experience:Associate or bachelor's degree preferredIntermediate knowledge of overall hotel operationsWorking knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and OutlookMust have a valid driver's license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approvalAbility to demonstrate leadership and a professional image to associates and guestsStrong management skills, ability to appropriately assign/delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goalsAbility to manage difficult guest situations, respond promptly to guest needs
