Senior Product Manager, Core Experiences

About the Role Epic Games is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Core Experiences to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the vision for how players interact with and experience Epic Games products and services across all platforms. You'll lead product development on player-facing features that span multiple games and the Epic Games ecosystem, helping to shape the overall player journey. What You'll Do Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core player experiences. Translate player needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear and concise product requirements. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and experiences. Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring successful adoption and iteration. Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Mentor and guide other product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in product management , with a focus on consumer-facing products or platforms, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on complex products. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with product development tools (e.g., Jira , Confluence ). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable product strategies. Passion for games and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
