Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems to lead food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality programs across our wholesale distribution and dairy manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design and oversee HACCP, FSMA, GFSI, and audit programs; manage recalls, traceability, and incident response; and partner closely with operations, logistics, and sales to meet strict customer and regulatory standards. You will build and mentor a high-performing quality team, drive continuous improvement in sanitation and supplier quality, and report performance and risk to senior leadership within our family-owned, people-focused culture.
