Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems
Shamrock Foods Company
Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Director of Food Safety and Quality Systems to lead enterprise-wide food safety and quality programs across distribution and dairy manufacturing operations. This role designs and oversees HACCP, GFSI, and regulatory compliance systems, manages audits and certifications, and drives continuous improvement in product quality and safety. The Director partners closely with operations, logistics, and sales to resolve issues, leads a multi-site quality team, and provides training and guidance. You’ll join a stable, family-owned company that values integrity, teamwork, and long-term employee growth.
