Interested in joining our smart, fun, and talented team?Position OverviewAs an Implementation Consultant, the ideal candidate will have experience working with emerging clients (worksite employee count of 500 – 10,000 employees) with multi-FEIN and multi-state setup. This position will focus on implementing clients who are using our Payroll, HR, and Benefit services as well as other Fourth products. Our client base is a mixture of Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients and Administrative Services Only (ASO) clients. This position would be implementing both types of clients.Primary ResponsibilitiesDiscover client business requirements and document your findings for client sign-offCreate a project plan and timelines working with the client and your project teamConfigure the company, payroll, and HR components (client company setup, employee setup, payroll calendars, payroll taxes, security access, job title/position detail, PTO, general ledger) of the HCM solution based on the documented specificationsLoad historical payroll and tax information as needed based on client type (PEO or HR+Payroll/ASO) and balance historical records to processed records for prior wage validationDeliver administrator and manager trainingSupport client for the first successful 30 days after go-liveParticipate in formal hand-off of “live” clientComplete implementation by the expected “Go Live” dateProvide expert support that makes our integrated solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplaceUse your project management expertise to help lead the workflow of the implementation teamEnsure a “perfect first payroll” to ensure a referenceable clientServe as subject matter expert on PEO / HR+PayrollOvercome client and internal obstacles to complete a timely implementationCoordinate with other departments as necessary to obtain objectivesParticipate in updating training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants and to keep abreast of industry changesKey Skills and CompetenciesExperience with PEO and ASO-type implementationKnowledge and experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax setupKnowledge in GL exports and setupUnderstanding of a variety of client personal time off plansExperience processing payroll, setting up employees, adding deductions and direct depositFamiliarity with multi-product integrationsAbility to prioritize between multiple deadlinesCapability to work independentlyProficient in delivering executive level communicationsExperience with training clients to use softwareConflict resolution and de-escalation techniquesPreferred Experience and/or QualificationsExperience with PrismHR3+ years implementing payroll or payroll software, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMeasures of SuccessConsistent, on-time completion of implementations by the expected “Go Live” dateDelivery of a “perfect first payroll” for each client, resulting in referenceable accountsSuccessful client support through the first 30 days after go-live with minimal escalationsPositive outcomes from administrator/manager training and formal client hand-offEnvironmental and Physical DemandsLifting and/or standing for long periods of time (up to 10 pounds)Fourth Benefitsð Unlimited PTO!
