Clinical Details Practice Setting: Office and Hospital/Call for OB-GYN Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 25-30 Number of Physicians in Practice: 4 (1 on leave) and 5 midwives Support Staff: One-on-one clinical staff support per provider (CMA, LPN, RN) Onsite Lab & Ultrasound Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Trauma Level: Level 2 Nursery Level: NICU Level III Low Risk Pregnancy: 90%; High Risk Pregnancy: 10% GYN Practice: 20% Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: 1-4, depending on case time required Percentage of Patients C-Section: 10% Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Active VA license (or willing to obtain) Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation BLS/ACLS certification Provider must be local; only mileage is reimbursed Clean MP - Highly Preferred
