Senior Manager, U.S. DC Office and Facilities

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an experienced Senior Manager to oversee daily operations of its Washington, DC office serving approximately 75 staff members. The role involves managing facilities, supplies, conference spaces, security access, and vendor relationships while supporting the U.S. Policy & Government Affairs team from an on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Order, stock, and manage kitchen supplies, beverages, pantry inventory, and general office supplies
• Manage conference room reservations, space utilization, and technology support coordination
• Reconfigure multi-purpose spaces for meetings, briefings, and events including furniture arrangement
• Manage employee and visitor badge access, security protocols, and building liaison duties
• Coordinate with corporate facilities team on maintenance, repairs, and vendor management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years office management, facilities coordination, or administrative operations experience
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency with scheduling software and badge/security access systems or willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and move office furniture and equipment up to 25-40 lbs
• Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and service-oriented mindset

Compensation: $149,350 - $180,971
