Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
• Accurately document patient care activities and clinical findings using facility charting systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Complete required facility orientation modules during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications as required by the specialty (verification required)
• Ability to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer
• Must reside outside of the local radius policy area (150 miles) to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Altera electronic health record / charting system
• Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new facility environments
