Title: Service Operation Coordinator (Dispatcher Administrative &   Inventory & Collections)

Location: 521 Byron Street, Suite B, Chesapeake, VA 23320

Duration: 3+months( Temp-to-Hire)

Pay rate $20 to $25 per hour on W2

 

We are seeking a skilled Service Operation Coordinator (Dispatcher Administrative &   Inventory & Collections) to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest Security companies.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1-3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of computer-based ERP systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Experience/Requirements
• Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication.
• Problem Solving and ability to escalate matters when needed.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Dispatching and scheduling.
• Physical Demands:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and twist; use hands and arms to reach, handle, push, pull or feel; speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

 

Work Environment: Normal office environment.

Responsibilities: Area A: Inventory — 50% of Time

• Manage daily parts receiving, staging, transferring and ordering.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies before stock depletion.
• Resolve real-time operational issues impacting the business.
• Area B: Collections 30% of Time
• Reach out to delinquent customers via phone, email, or mail to discuss open balances.
• Log all notes, customer promises, and correspondence accurately in the internal collections system
• Work with billing and sales teams to fix payment errors and clear up customer accounts.
• Area C: Shared & Administrative Tasks — 20% of Time
• Cross train to learn other areas of the business (service, installation, inspections) to assist in vacation coverage
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by leadership
