Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:30am
Lockbourne, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints
- Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates, or service
- Resolve client complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong client service, communication, and active listening skills with a quality-focused mindset
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with strong documentation skills
- Freight forwarding knowledge and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of client service experience and a High School Diploma required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
