Junior Underwriter

To support the growth of our auto finance operations, the full-time Junior Underwriter will manage dealership relationships by calling to finalize approvals into contracts, assess application risks, and provide tailored solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Call dealership partners to finalize approvals and capture contracts while assessing overall risk Ensure sales contracts meet program specifications or provide counteroffers to evaluate risk and pricing Collaborate with internal teams and dealerships to strengthen relationships and drive business success Required qualifications Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in auto finance or financial services is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and Teams Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with dealers and sales teams Organizational and time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
