Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $50-65 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient. Conduct scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride. Offer same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patients' dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting. Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
