Rhode Island Licensed Legal Assistant

Providing high-level confidential administrative and legal support, the part-time Rhode Island Licensed Legal Assistant will assist the General Counsel and President's Office with legal documentation, manage communications, and coordinate executive initiatives on-site in Providence, RI, for approximately 19 hours per week on a temporary basis. Key responsibilities Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of legal documents, including contracts and policies Coordinate formal responses to Rhode Island Access to Public Records requests and manage sensitive communications Provide confidential administrative support for executive meetings and institutional initiatives Required qualifications Associate's Degree Demonstrated experience in a responsible legal support position Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform programs Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and resolve issues under tight deadlines Experience working with diverse groups/populations
