Job Description

The Reserves Network is seeking a Warehouse Floater to join a growing team in Westlake, OH. This role will support various warehouse operations including order picking and packing, product assembly, labeling, and liquid filling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning new equipment, including an engraving/laser machine, and using technology such as an iPad for processing orders. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with hands-on training and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards
• Learn and operate an engraving/laser machine after training
• Perform labeling, liquid filling, and general warehouse support tasks
• Utilize an iPad and computer systems to process orders and track inventory

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience required
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using basic technology, including tablets/iPads
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

The base salary range for this position is $17.50 - $18/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
