Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and limitations

- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, exercise, and equipment, to help patients reach their goals

- Monitor and track progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
