What You’ll Do: Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams Ensure accuracy and success for ad campaigns through order entry and quality assurance Process Order Revisions for booked orders due to client directed changes or initial order entry error Assist Account Executives in coordinating with the financial department for special billing requests, invoicing and adjustments Generate dynamic and impactful proposals that amplify our brand and communicate our solutions for businesses Carefully process appropriate spot times analytics, handle aircheck gathering, and initiate trade contracts for approval Orchestrate comprehensive and impactful post‑instance recaps for all major on‑air/digital campaigns and promotional events – including all company assets (digital, audio, schedules and picture elements) What You’ll Need: An aptitude for sales support or operational support role Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast paced environment Can model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines and financial pressures Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
